Collection of Customer's Information

RT Valvole Industriali Srl collects information about clients by three main tools:

• The registration form and other forms (eg questionnaires, opinions and comments about products, etc..) that customers fill in a spontaneous and explicit way. These data are in some cases necessary to execute the orders, others are optional and serve to help us provide a more personalized service.
  
• The "log" of online services, which recorded the entire site navigation, in an automatic and transparent way to the user. These data are collected both for reasons of safety and to be able to offer suggestions and proposals designed according to clients needs.
  
• The data returned by email and regular communications that we send to registered customers.

Use of Information

The information we collect is used mainly for two purposes: execute your purchase orders and offer of products and services more in line with customer's needs, interests and expectations and for administrative pouposes according to current laws obligations.
Overall, the increase of information over time allows us to improve the level of service. Because this takes place in full respect of privacy and without risk for the client, you should periodically receive our emails in a free and automatic way to keep you informed about variations in our product range and products characteristics.


Sharing information with third parties

RT Valvole Industriali Srl does not share with third parties the information of customers, under any circumstances, unless this is required for administrative reasons according to current law obligations.

Customer's information are protected according to requirement and dispositions of Italian Law on the privacy 196/2003.
Apposite measures are taken to avoid unauthorized use of customer's information.


Access to information by customers

All customers can ask to review or cancel their information. For this please simply send an email to webmaster@rtvalves.com asking to be cancelled or to modify your data.
The data collected from logs are not directly accessible to customers. They can not be deleted on request, for technical and security reasons: RT Valvole Industriali Srl must be able to provide the competent authorities at the request the traces left by users.


Processing of customer's data

All customer's data are processed in compliance with the Italian law on Privacy 196/2003.
